Motorsports, drag racing, road travel, vehicle operation, vehicle modification, vehicle testing, event attendance, and related activities involve risk. These risks may include property damage, vehicle damage, bodily injury, illness, disability, emotional distress, financial loss, and death.
By registering for, attending, sponsoring, vending, covering, working, or participating in a Street Car Challenge event, you understand and accept that you are responsible for your own safety, actions, vehicle, equipment, guests, crew members, and compliance with all event rules, track rules, safety requirements, and applicable laws.
This Legal Notice does not replace any event waiver, track waiver, driver agreement, media agreement, vendor agreement, sponsorship agreement, or other release that may be required for entry, access, or participation.
NO GUARANTEE
Street Car Challenge does not guarantee event outcomes, race results, track time, number of passes, route completion, payouts, awards, sponsor exposure, media coverage, product availability, website availability, or uninterrupted service.
Events may be changed, delayed, shortened, postponed, canceled, or otherwise adjusted due to weather, safety concerns, track conditions, staffing, venue availability, law enforcement direction, road conditions, insurance requirements, low participation, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, event names, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, written materials, event materials, route materials, class rules, merchandise designs, and other content are owned by J&L Horton LLC, Street Car Challenge, or used with permission unless otherwise stated.

You grant J&L Horton LLC and Street Car Challenge permission to use your name, image, likeness, voice, vehicle, business name, sponsor information, statements, and event participation in photos, videos, websites, social media, advertising, promotions, merchandise, news coverage, and other event-related materials without compensation, notice, inspection, or approval, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This website may include links, references, tools, services, content, or resources provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, sponsors, vendors, tracks, social media platforms, and other service providers.
