Shipping policy

Your driver packet and event entry ticket will be emailed to you approximately two weeks before the event. Please have your event entry ticket ready to show when you arrive at the track.

Event registration is delivered by email only. No physical ticket will be shipped. If you purchase merchandise or any other physical items, those items will be shipped according to the shipping option selected at checkout.

Shipping Policy

Street Car Challenge merchandise is made to order. This means each item is printed, packed, and shipped after your order is placed. Because our products are produced on demand, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Order Processing and Production

Most merchandise orders are produced within 2 to 5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Production time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, design approval, or fulfillment delays.

Shipping Time

After your order has been produced, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated shipping times are:

United States standard shipping: 3 to 4 business days after fulfillment

International standard shipping: 5 to 20 business days after fulfillment

Estimated total delivery time is based on production time plus shipping time. For most U.S. orders, customers should expect delivery in approximately 5 to 9 business days after placing an order. These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for the tracking number to update after it is issued.

Multiple Item Orders

Some orders may ship in separate packages, especially if multiple products are ordered or if items are fulfilled from different locations. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Shipping Delays

Street Car Challenge is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, holidays, product shortages, or other issues outside of our control. We will do our best to help resolve any shipping issue when possible.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Street Car Challenge is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive after the estimated delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible at info@streetcarchallenge.com. Include your order number, shipping information, and photos if the item arrived damaged.

Limited Edition Merchandise

Limited edition Street Car Challenge merchandise may only be available for a short time. Once a limited item sells out or is removed from the website, it may not be restocked.
